Once a client engages our services and an agreement is established, cancellation or termination of the project by the client is subject to the following terms:

  1. Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period for cancellation or termination of services. The specific notice period will be outlined in the agreement based on the scope and duration of the project.
  2. Cancellation Fees: Udit Media reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services that have been initiated or work that has already been completed up to the point of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the work completed or services rendered up to the cancellation date.
  3. Refund Policy: Please note that Udit Media does not offer refunds for services rendered or work completed, regardless of the cancellation timing. Once services have been provided or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes or termination of services. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or requests for changes as early as possible to discuss the best possible resolution.
